In real estate transactions "As Is" does not mean that the buyer automatically waives any and all contingency inspection rights. Equally, if a major flaw is discovered during an inspection then you as the seller will not be obligated to address the inspection issues by reflecting this in the price. (In other words you wont be expected to renegotiate the price unless you want to)
No. Selling "As Is" won't mean that a buyer is going to be obligated to buy your property regardless of what they find during inspections. Although the general condition of your property will already be taken into account, and reflected in purchase price, a buyers inspection equally allows that buyer to make their own informed decision as to whether to purchase the property 'As Is".
